Until Phil.
I told him about Charlotte on Sex and the City, and how she had a baby's breath bouquet and how much I loved it. He immediately knew what I was talking about and gushed. He also showed me things he had done with baby's breath. He did not call it a "filler flower" with a snobbish look of disapproval, and he did not suggest putting it with roses (not at all what I was going for, in fact- he used the words "How sweet 16 cutesy can you get??" ha ha). Then he really just rolled with it and starting brainstorming and actually listening to me.
So here's what we're thinking:
For mine... except in a tighter clutch that's more shaped. ;) I LOVE the idea, and it's super cheap and totally me.
Jeremy will have just a little baby's breath and a sprig or two of rosemary. It will smell good and give it a Christmas-y look. ;)
The chicas will carry hydrangeas, which I have always loved. Finally, the groomsmen will have a mixture of dusty miller and stephanidis (not sure how to spell tha
t
one!). I am really excited about it. I wanted something different, and I think it's going to look really great. Yay for another item off the list! Way to go, team.
